WebKitGTK 2.53.3 released!

This is a development release leading toward 2.54 series.

What’s new in the WebKitGTK 2.53.3 release?

• Switch web process compositor to use Skia instead of TextureMapper.
• Fix missing glyph before ZWJ/ZWNJ if no font is found for the cluster.
• Add support for half width fonts.
• Support time zone change notifications on linux.
• Fix several crashes and rendering issues.
