WebKitGTK 2.23.92 released!

This is a development release leading toward 2.24 series.

What’s new in the WebKitGTK 2.23.92 release?

• Fix constructors returning a GObject in JSC GLib API.
• Do not scan NPAPI plugins when plugins are disabled in settings.
• Add WebKitUserContentFilterStore to the API docs.
• Fix several crashes and rendering issues.
• Translation updates: Polish.
